The Andre Reed Foundation is a 501(c)(3) founded in 2010 by Pro Football Hall of Famer Andre Reed. We fund literacy programs, mentorship, events, and grants for kids who need the same shot Andre got — through reading rooms, Boys & Girls Club partnerships, and the Read with Reed 83 program.
The joy I felt scoring a game-winning touchdown — that’s the same feeling kids get from finishing a good book.

How do we join?
Two ways, both take two minutes. Fill out the sign-up form, or reply “Yes, we’re in” to our invitation email (or write to events@andrereedfoundation.org) with your bar’s name and address. Either way, we get you signed up and email your bar’s kit.
Is there a deadline?
No. Bars can sign up anytime: the Challenge runs all season, and Andre’s watch party with the winning bar is later in the season.
Does it cost our bar anything?
No. Joining is free, and we build and send the whole kit: posters, table tents, menu cards, QR squares and a TV graphic, ready for any printer.
What does our bar actually do?
Hang the poster, put out the table tents, and run the graphic on a TV. Your regulars scan the code with their phones and give on your bar’s own page.
Does our staff handle any money?
Never. Every gift goes straight to the Andre Reed Foundation through Givebutter, and each donor gets a receipt automatically. Nothing touches your register.

What does the golf prize include?
Free tournament entry for a foursome: the top 4 individual donors at each of the top 3 bars play as the Foundation’s guests in Andre’s next East Coast (Allentown, PA) or West Coast (Rancho Santa Fe, CA) golf tournament, alongside NFL and sports legends. Can any bar join?
Any U.S. bar can, one team per location. Fundraising rules vary by state: if yours is still being cleared, sign up anyway and your kit ships as soon as your state is ready.
